Yes, creating an account helps you track your orders, save wishlists, and sell your own books.

Currently, direct contact is not available. You can view all listings by a seller using the “Books from this Seller” option.

The Wishlist lets you save books you’re interested in for later. You can easily revisit and order them anytime from your account.

Yes, you’ll receive a digital invoice through email or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are confirmed by the seller. Once a seller dispatches your order, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery & Shipping

We charge ₨200 per seller. If your order includes books from multiple sellers, ₨200 is charged for each seller separately. To avoid extra delivery charges, you can click “Books from this Seller” on a product page to shop more from the same seller.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery can take 3–7 working days depending on your city and the seller’s location.

Each seller handles their own delivery. Orders from multiple sellers will be shipped separately and will have separate delivery charges.

At the moment, we offer courier delivery only.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to track your package through the courier’s website.

Returns & Refunds

All books are uploaded by individual sellers. Each book listing includes actual photos and a condition note provided by the seller. Please review the images and description before placing your order.

Since all books are uploaded by individual sellers, we recommend checking the condition and images before ordering. However, if you receive the wrong or severely damaged book, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures for resolution.

Since we deal in second-hand books from individual sellers, returns are only accepted in case of major issues (e.g. wrong book sent, completely different condition than listed). Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or Easypaisa. Please share your payment details with our team on WhatsApp.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to seller error (wrong book or completely incorrect condition).

As books are from different sellers and limited in quantity, we can’t guarantee exchanges. If eligible, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Selling Books

You can upload your books directly on the website. Add clear pictures and mention the book’s condition honestly.

No, listing books is free. You only pay a small commission after a successful sale.

Use terms like “Almost New”, “Good”, or “Readable”, and upload clear photos of the book cover, spine, and pages.
